All purchases and use of the website shows your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

Payment: Payment is required at time of ordering. We accept paypal, or direct deposit.

Price and returns policies:

• Wholesale prices are subject to change without notice.
• All sales are final.
• Any exception to this policy must be in writing to wholesale@pawswithpersonality.com.au.
• An agreed return for any reason other than damage will incur freight charges and a restocking fee.
• All products must be inspected and if damage is noticed, must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order.
• To return an item that is defective, please email wholesale@pawswithpersonality.com.au.
• Returns must be authorized by Paws with Personality management before being returned or they may not be accepted.
• All returns must be repacked in their original packaging to avoid further damage.
• Return items to Paws with Personality, PO BOX 17, Narrabeen NSW Australia, 2101.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable

Product Availability:

• We make every effort to supply the product you order with us.  All products are subject to availability.  In the instance that a product may not be available we will contact you.
• In stock items will ship within 10 business days, otherwise will be shipped within 6 weeks from order date, unless otherwise notified.

Shipping:

• Upon request, we can provide next day delivery at your cost, however usual times range from 3-5 days.

Store Placement:

• To ensure the best achievable sales for you, we recommend that our product range be removed from it’s clear polybag packaging and hung in full view to the consumer to display their full potential.
